Description

  • Plan and own the full content funnel from traffic acquisition through conversion to long-term business results.
  • Create, publish, measure, and improve content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, comparison pages, and email campaigns.
  • Source insights and material from product, development, support, and customer-facing teams to turn internal expertise into content.
  • Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, customer research, and business metrics to guide content decisions.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, run experiments, and continuously optimize content outcomes.
  • Build repeatable systems for content production, optimization, measurement, and iteration.
  • Own the business results generated by content, not just the content output.
  • Design and operate AI-native content workflows, including agents, validation steps, evaluation loops, and multi-step research and production pipelines.
  • Work with technical content elements such as HTML semantics, structured data, and AI-search visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with developers while diagnosing why LLMs fail to read, interpret, or cite content correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a product IT company with demonstrated measurable business impact from content.
  • Proven ownership of content performance, not just content creation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, analytics, experimentation, and content optimization.
  • Ability to show specific examples of how content influenced traffic, conversions, adoption, retention, or revenue.
  • Current daily use of advanced AI workflows such as Claude skills, MCP integrations, Claude Code, evaluation loops, and multi-step research/content pipelines.
  • Ability to explain how your AI workflows operate in detail.
  • Comfort building systems, testing ideas, and improving processes without waiting for perfect structure.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and focus on business outcomes.
  • Comfort working with technical content topics such as HTML semantics, structured data, GEO, and AI-search visibility.
  • Ability to work closely with developers without needing to be a software engineer.
