Description

  • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Explain technical capabilities and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and create solution presentations.
  • Manage and complete RFP/RFI responses with sales, product, and legal teams.
  • Configure and customize software solutions to match client requirements.
  • Assist with proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product functionality.
  • Travel to trade shows, conferences, and customer events to present the product and provide technical expertise.
  • Engage prospects, answer technical questions, and gather market insights.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and inform product improvements.
  • Support marketing efforts through webinars, case studies, and technical content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise software, or legal technology.
  • Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and managing technical sales documentation.
  • Ability to configure and tailor software solutions based on customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) or legal operations is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, or legal compliance tools is a plus.

  • $100,000 - $160,000 annual compensation with up to $100k base, $60k commission, and $160k OTE.
