Description

  • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop solution presentations.
  • Manage RFP/RFI responses with sales, product, and legal teams.
  • Configure and customize software solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Support proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product functionality.
  • Travel to trade shows, conferences, and customer events to provide demonstrations and technical expertise.
  • Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to support product improvements.
  • Monitor legal technology trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Contribute to marketing materials, including webinars, case studies, and technical content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales roles.
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise software, or legal technology.
  • Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and managing technical sales documentation.
  • Ability to configure and tailor software solutions to customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) or legal operations (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, or legal compliance tools (preferred).
