Description

  • Deliver hands-on AI implementations, expansion projects, and established deployments across the OneStream ecosystem.
  • Design and integrate modular solutions using SensibleAI Forecast, Studio, Agents, Genesis Blocks, and the OneStream core platform.
  • Partner with Delivery and Engineering to validate solution value, improve reliability, and prepare solutions for production.
  • Engage finance, data, technical, sponsor, and executive stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and office hours.
  • Diagnose and resolve field issues, document solution decisions and trade-offs, and provide structured guidance to Delivery and Partner teams.
  • Create reusable demos, implementation assets, checklists, workflows, best practices, and instructional videos.
  • Channel customer learnings and product gaps to AI Engineering and product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with partner FDEs to improve AI delivery capability and consistency across the ecosystem.
  • Apply data privacy and governance guidelines in solution design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of software engineering experience focused on data science, AI, or machine learning concepts.
  • 1–2 years of industry experience in applied AI and/or machine learning.
  • 1–3 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions for FP&A, CPM, EPM, or data/AI platforms, including at least 1 year in a customer-facing build role.
  • Experience contributing to POCs or early implementations that progressed to scaled rollouts or productized assets.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, REST API, and identity/security fundamentals.
  • Experience with Python and/or C#, automation, and packaging; familiarity with containerization is preferred.
  • Experience creating data visualizations for complex concepts and datasets.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for finance stakeholders and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success, Presales, and Partners.
  • Direct OneStream implementation, Genesis Blocks/Marketplace content, or prior Forward Deployed Engineering experience is preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for discovery, workshops, readouts, and early implementation milestones.

  • Annual base salary of $114,000–$148,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and location.
