Description

  • Assess business workflows role by role and prioritize AI opportunities based on time savings, error reduction, and organizational reach.
  • Design, build, and ship AI companions, agents, and workflow automations from prototype through production.
  • Integrate AI solutions with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Snowflake, property management and finance platforms, and vendor APIs.
  • Build on governed data models and semantic layers, identifying the data and metrics agents require.
  • Create reusable prompts, tools, patterns, and evaluation sets to accelerate future solutions.
  • Own production evaluation, monitoring, exception handling, escalation, model usage, and cost management.
  • Maintain documentation and an inventory of agents, prompts, integrations, ownership, and access permissions.
  • Partner with business leaders and end users to define success, validate realized value, iterate on adoption, and train users.
  • Apply AI governance, least-privilege access, audit logging, and human review for consequential actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping and supporting production software used by real users.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills; TypeScript, Node.js, or Go experience is a plus.
  • Ability to build usable interfaces with React and TypeScript, Streamlit, Power Apps, or embedded application experiences.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, retries, idempotency, and failure handling.
  • Knowledge of relational data modeling, document or vector stores, caching, and appropriate use cases for each.
  • Experience with CI/CD, pull-request-based development, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and Azure or transferable AWS/Google Cloud experience.
  • Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot with appropriate supervision.
  • Hands-on production experience with LLMs, including prompt design, structured outputs, function calling, tool calling, and multi-step agent workflows.
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, Model Context Protocol, evaluations, monitoring, and AI guardrails.
  • Experience with at least one of Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Snowflake Cortex APIs, including model selection based on fit, latency, cost, and data sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of least privilege, secrets management, dedicated service identities, and responsible handling of sensitive applicant, resident, and employee data.
  • Snowflake/Cortex, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Agent 365, dbt, containers, cloud workloads, or property management and distributed field operations experience is preferred.
