Description

  • Partner with the AI Enablement Lead and business stakeholders to assess workflows, risks, data dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, architecture, user stories, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and support AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, integrations, and AI-enabled applications.
  • Select and implement solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure, APIs, connectors, Python/C#, and other approved technologies.
  • Develop prompts, grounding strategies, agent instructions, reusable components, knowledge integrations, and data connections.
  • Make architecture decisions between low-code Copilot Studio and custom Azure solutions, balancing security, cost, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Apply SDLC practices including source control, CI/CD, code review, testing, release management, documentation, and retirement.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, analytics, alerts, root-cause analysis, and production support processes.
  • Build governance and security controls for access, privacy, source grounding, output validation, auditability, and human oversight.
  • Support pilots, rollout, user adoption, feedback collection, outcome measurement, and AI delivery roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, automation, AI solution delivery, or a related technical field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, or AI-enabled applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, connectors, or an equivalent platform.
  • Experience developing or integrating Azure solutions, including identity, security, application hosting, data, integration, and monitoring services.
  • Ability to develop and maintain production-quality applications, APIs, integrations, and automations using Python and/or C#, REST APIs, JSON, scripting, and data integration technologies.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, agents, evaluations, semantic/vector search, and model limitations.
  • Experience applying SDLC practices, including testing, source control, CI/CD, documentation, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets management, data protection, networking, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
