Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in ServiceNow and enterprise environments.
  • Translate customer processes, requirements, and desired outcomes into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build AI applications using Claude, Anthropic APIs, Microsoft AI technologies, and other LLM platforms appropriate to customer use cases.
  • Design RAG, tool-calling, structured-output, multi-step orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Develop secure integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, identity systems, and AI services.
  • Build prototypes, demos, proofs of concept, microservices, automation logic, and lightweight user interfaces.
  • Evaluate AI quality, implement safeguards and governance controls, and monitor deployed solutions for performance, reliability, cost, and user feedback.
  • Troubleshoot AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, data connections, API behavior, permissions, and system performance.
  • Partner with customers and internal consulting, product, data, AI/ML, and ServiceNow teams throughout discovery, rollout, and continuous improvement.
  • Create reusable implementation patterns, prompt libraries, integration components, evaluation frameworks, and platform enhancements for NewRocket products.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
  • Hands-on full-stack engineering experience with scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, AI automations, conversational experiences, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, or similar programming and scripting languages.
  • Experience integrating enterprise APIs, applications, data platforms, or workflow systems in production environments.
  • Knowledge of prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs, token usage, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, including hallucination mitigation, sensitive-data handling, identity and access controls, human oversight, and secure deployment.
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, solutions architecture, technical implementation, or professional services.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power BI; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry is valuable.
  • ServiceNow development or platform experience, including scripting, APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI Agents, is a strong plus.
