Description

  • Support the marketing and sales teams by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations to support team objectives.
  • Maintain project timelines and track progress on marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing and sales strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, marketing campaigns, and project documentation.
  • Assist with lead tracking and communication by entering data into the CRM system.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and phone inquiries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes to improve team productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience creating reports and presentations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and basic marketing principles is beneficial.
  • Strong Canva design skills and the ability to complete tasks before deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices is preferred.
