Description

  • Support creative projects from intake to delivery, tracking timelines, next steps, and approvals.
  • Manage a queue of daily and ongoing creative requests with clear communication and timely coordination.
  • Assist producers and creative leads with larger campaign productions, including planning support, task tracking, and status updates.
  • Help ensure projects stay on time and within scope of work by flagging risks, dependencies, and changes.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders aligned.
  • Maintain organization of project files, versions, and assets to support collaboration and handoffs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and internal stakeholders in a professional, service-minded way.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of creative operations and project coordination processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Production, Film/Media, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to respectfully give and receive feedback from all levels of the organization.
  • Commitment to the company mission and values.
