Description

  • Design and launch multi-channel recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, niche platforms, and other social channels to generate qualified applicants.
  • Identify and engage hard-to-fill technical and healthcare candidates in global talent markets.
  • Audit and optimize the candidate application journey to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
  • Own and communicate CrewBloom’s value proposition to position the company as a top choice for elite professionals.
  • Create high-impact content such as LinkedIn posts and newsletters to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Manage the company’s digital reputation across platforms such as Glassdoor and social media.
  • Track campaign ROI, candidate acquisition metrics, and conversion performance to guide optimization decisions.
  • Monitor global talent market trends in tech and healthcare to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Branding in a fast-scaling startup or high-volume agency.
  • Proven experience building talent pipelines for technical, healthcare, and specialized executive roles.
  • Experience recruiting or marketing to global talent markets across LATAM, SEA, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Proficiency in tracking Cost-per-Candidate (CPC), Cost-per-Lead (CPL), and conversion rates from ad click to application.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO-driven job board optimization.
  • Ability to write bold, persuasive copy that resonates with high-level professionals.
  • Experience building and auditing candidate journeys to identify and remove drop-off points.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for creating social media and email visuals.
  • Comfort using Google Analytics or ATS data to measure performance and adjust strategy.
  • Minimum technical and work environment setup, including at least 15 Mbps primary internet, 10 Mbps backup internet, a supported desktop or laptop, 8 GB RAM, backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office space, and smartphone.
