Description

  • Support the Mass Channel direct sales organization and manage the ambient Kid Snacking business with external customer responsibility.
  • Drive gross and net sales by executing strategic priorities and supporting annual sales, distribution, and market share targets.
  • Assist with sell-in for new product launches, line extensions, and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and Inventory/Replenishment teams.
  • Support joint business planning, account strategy, and 24-month selling priorities for the Mass Channel.
  • Analyze syndicated and retailer POS data to identify growth opportunities and develop insight-driven category recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales, share, ACV, margins, inventory, in-stock, WOS, fill rates, and spoilage.
  • Support forecasting, volume pacing, reforecasting, and reporting on sales performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate pricing, trade spend, promotional calendars, merchandising execution, and ROI to improve investment efficiency and growth.
  • Translate product strategy into retailer-facing sell stories, presentations, scorecards, and category review materials.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of retail sales experience, including 5+ years supporting the Mass Channel, specifically Target and/or Walmart.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preference for candidates located in Minneapolis, MN or Bentonville, AR.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Executive-level presentation capability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in Mass Channel digital ecosystems and strong digital/ecommerce experience.
  • Experience managing trade budgets and optimizing promotional strategies to deliver strong ROI and trade efficiencies.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, AI tools, and other professional platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Salary range of $110,000 to $135,000 annually.
