Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for top-tier customers and partners in customer success engagements.
  • Develop and execute strategies with merchants to increase revenue through digital marketing.
  • Onboard new clients by supporting contact migration, warmup, and setup of campaigns and automations.
  • Provide proactive strategic guidance on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly cadence and respond to client questions promptly.
  • Deliver best practices to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Review customer dashboards regularly, resolve open issues, and ensure clear messaging and proper escalation.
  • Keep merchants informed about product releases and new features.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and customer engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, set quarterly goals, and support customers in achieving them.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and problem-resolution outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer success-related experience.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Proven creative problem-solving ability in customer-facing situations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comfort discussing business and sales topics during renewal or cancellation conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills across chat, phone, video, and email.
  • Willingness and ability to use WeChat as a communication tool.
  • Strong time management skills and a clear sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, HubSpot, G-Suite, Omnisend, or similar e-commerce and marketing platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience advising customers on marketing strategy is a plus.
