Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for Omnisend’s top-tier customers and support their ongoing success.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies with merchants to help increase revenue for managed accounts.
  • Onboard new clients, including contact migration, warmup guidance, and setup of first campaigns and automations.
  • Provide strategic advice and respond to client questions on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly cadence.
  • Review customer dashboards, resolve open issues, and maintain consistent customer communication and escalation.
  • Keep merchants informed about product releases and new features.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to help improve the platform and customer engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and help customers establish and achieve quarterly goals.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution for customer issues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer success-related experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Proven ability to solve customer problems creatively.
  • Experience discussing business and sales topics during renewal or cancellation conversations.
  • Strong communication skills across chat, phone, video conference, and email.
  • Comfort using WeChat as a communication tool.
  • Strong time management, ownership, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, HubSpot, G-Suite, Omnisend, or other e-commerce and marketing platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing is a plus.
