Description

  • Manage operational relationships with integration partners and help them navigate Anchorage Digital’s products, services, and API integrations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority partner escalations and coordinate cross-organizational resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, compliance, legal, operations, and technical teams to support strategic initiatives and new ventures.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs, product enhancements, and service improvements across institutional and retail crypto use cases.
  • Support the design and execution of governance and quality controls for external processes that may affect regulatory standing and reputation.
  • Troubleshoot API-related issues and partner with technical teams to diagnose incidents involving the core product suite.
  • Support the integration and communication of new product releases to strategic clients.
  • Maintain and prioritize the book of work for strategic integration clients, including bespoke technical requests and feature enhancements.
  • Provide proactive status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and integration partners to maintain alignment.
  • Support team growth by developing CXM team members and helping create growth roadmaps within the segment.

Requirements

  • Experience navigating API-based business models and working comfortably with API architecture.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including blockchain nuances and institutional and retail use cases.
  • Experience with traditional financial services and moderate understanding of institutional and retail client needs across liquidity providers, exchanges, agency desks, custodians, and prime brokers.
  • Intermediate experience working within regulatory frameworks and applying policies and procedures to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort handling operational relationship management and high-priority client escalations in a white-glove service environment.
  • Familiarity with DeFi and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting governance, quality controls, or operational oversight for external partners (preferred).
