Description

  • Design, build, maintain, and deliver high-impact product demos for Omilia’s conversational AI platform across voice and digital channels.
  • Customize demonstrations for customer-specific use cases, industries, and operational environments.
  • Partner with Account Executives from discovery through final presentations to support the sales cycle.
  • Deliver live demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, IT leaders, and contact center operators.
  • Support technical deep dives, architecture discussions, and solution validation sessions.
  • Translate customer requirements into platform configurations, conversational flows, integrations, and AI components.
  • Explain complex AI concepts such as NLU, ASR, orchestration, LLM usage, and guardrails in business-relevant terms.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on demo usage and customer reactions.
  • Help standardize demo best practices, documentation, and reusable assets.
  • Train sales teams on how to position and use demos effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Strong experience building and delivering product demos, not just presenting slides.
  • Comfort working with conversational AI, contact center technologies, or related domains such as IVR, speech recognition, NLP, or CCaaS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience with voice AI, conversational design, or customer care platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures is preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles is preferred.
  • Background working in regulated or mission-critical environments such as financial services or insurance is preferred.
