Description

  • Work with customers to analyze and understand business requirements.
  • Design conversational AI applications in line with usability principles and business needs.
  • Develop hybrid conversational AI applications that combine agentic and rule-based capabilities.
  • Implement, test, and refine semantic models and conversation flows using Omilia’s Cloud Platform.
  • Prepare, augment, and annotate datasets for ML and agentic training.
  • Develop semantic rules using dictionaries and regular expressions, and manage RAG knowledge base configuration.
  • Code application logic in JavaScript and integrate applications with client systems via REST web services.
  • Perform test-driven development, unit testing, and regression testing.
  • Analyze real-life human-system dialogs to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with customers and team members, and support day-2 operations.
  • Test early platform features and share product improvement feedback with the product team.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English and Greek.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing ability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an engineering approach.
  • Basic knowledge of programming principles.
  • Interest in or familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
  • Ambition, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and strong analytical and creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a well-organized way on team or individual assignments and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Experience with conversational automated dialog systems, voice or chat-based, is preferred.
  • Experience with production-level NLU/NLP solutions or GenAI/LLM technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks or autonomous agent concepts is preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript, object-oriented programming such as Java, REST APIs, cloud contact center platforms, Git, CI/CD, or bash scripting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Spanish, French, and/or German is preferred.
