Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and customize ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal modules.
  • Create workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Build Service Portal widgets and UI components with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, role-based access controls, and data governance.
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to ServiceNow developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and document technical solutions and architecture.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Advanced ServiceNow Service Portal development, widget customization, and UI scripting experience.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
  • Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, UI policy, and business rule skills.
  • Experience leading development teams and mentoring technical staff.
  • Experience with Agile methods and Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AWS.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • ServiceNow architecture, HRSD, and Integration Hub experience preferred.

Benefits
