Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient full-stack platform components, services, and orchestration.
  • Deliver user experiences for complex web-based enterprise applications.
  • Lead system design and provide technical direction on increasingly complex projects.
  • Review requirements, identify gaps and trade-offs, and propose effective solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
  • Own projects and deliver results individually and collaboratively.
  • Apply engineering best practices to maintain high-quality products and services.
  • Mentor and guide engineers on projects.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.
  • 4+ years of professional production experience with Go; C# or another object-oriented language is a plus.
  • Expertise in cloud and SaaS development, API services, distributed systems, and scalable microservices architectures.
  • Experience leading complex projects through design, implementation, testing, and production release.
  • Experience with full software development lifecycles, continuous integration, and agile product releases.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including deep knowledge of Angular, React, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of modern design patterns and architectural trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder-influence, and mentoring skills.
  • Preferred: experience with security or secrets management, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and production systems at scale.
  • Preferred: familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations, testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium, AI agents, or open-source projects.
