Description

  • Design, develop, and test production-grade conversational AI systems.
  • Analyze customer needs and translate business requirements into application designs.
  • Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using machine learning and rule-based techniques.
  • Analyze real-world human-system dialogs to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
  • Perform regression, end-to-end, and other quality assurance testing.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and software teams on conversational system delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish.
  • Experience with voice- or chat-based dialog systems; production NLU, NLP, or agentic solutions experience is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience consuming external systems, including web services.
  • Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, and/or Bash scripting.
  • Familiarity with GitLab and Jira.
  • Junior-level programming knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, organization, analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
