Description

  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of production-grade conversational AI systems.
  • Work with customers to analyze and understand business requirements.
  • Design applications in line with usability principles and business requirements.
  • Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using machine learning and rule-based techniques.
  • Analyze real-life human-system dialogs and identify opportunities to improve system performance.
  • Participate in QA activities, including regression testing and end-to-end testing.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish.
  • Junior-level programming knowledge is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work with and analyze data to draw insights.
  • Experience with dialog systems, either voice or chat based.
  • Experience with other production-level NLU/NLP/agentic solutions is a plus.
  • Experience consuming external systems such as web services.
  • Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, and/or bash scripting.
  • Familiarity with GitLab and Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
