Description

  • Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to track productivity and operational health.
  • Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes.
  • Redesign workflows to improve throughput and reduce operational costs.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement supply chain technologies including ERP, WMS, and automation tools.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects from conception through deployment.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methods to standardize best practices across sites.
  • Use predictive modeling to forecast demand and procurement needs.
  • Collaborate with departments and external partners to close operational gaps and address vulnerabilities.
  • Support compliance and performance audits across supply chain sites.
  • Own and sequence the AI roadmap across demand forecasting, supply planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements for AI models and embed AI into core supply chain software.
  • Drive change management by building AI fluency and training operational teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an applicable role within the beverage or CPG industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Comfort with AI concepts, machine learning models, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, plus data pipelines using SQL or Python, is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
  • EDI experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts such as co-packers and 3PLs.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a willingness to perform tactical execution.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans, manage implementation, analyze data, and identify root causes.
  • Strong collaborative style with the ability to persuade and motivate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including macros and Access databases.
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex operational strategies to executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier visits and team off-sites.
