Description

  • Drive partner management and expansion in the tokenised RWA vertical while managing ongoing partner operations.
  • Define and execute ecosystem and partnership growth strategies for TradFi-background audiences and partners.
  • Activate and manage external partnership channels, including content platforms, ecosystem communities, and finance communities.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle for high-value channel partners, from sourcing and contracting to activation, performance tracking, and renewal.
  • Represent the team at industry events and finance conferences to expand the company’s presence and partnership network.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure partner activities meet local regulatory requirements.
  • Build awareness and engagement among asset partners and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with quality asset partners to support partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel partnerships, KOL/IB management, or business development at a retail fintech, brokerage, or crypto exchange.
  • A verifiable, portable network of active finance and crypto KOLs, IBs, and content partners that can be activated quickly.
  • Deep understanding of traditional financial assets and asset tokenization.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to design effective partnership incentive structures.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to cover Chinese-speaking and international markets.
  • Hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset, comfortable working toward quarterly partnership and engagement targets.
  • Dual networks spanning both TradFi and crypto-native communities are preferred.
  • Experience with overseas Chinese-speaking diaspora communities is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience designing referral mechanics and campaign incentive structures is preferred.
  • Strong analytical foundation, including comfort with funnel diagnostics and ROI modeling, is preferred.
