Description

  • Own the full-funnel growth strategy for Southeast Asia, from reducing onboarding friction to driving product-led growth.
  • Identify and remove barriers in the user onboarding journey, including language, payment methods, KYC flows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users.
  • Track and improve accessibility metrics such as onboarding completion rate, time-to-first-transaction, and local payment adoption.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth campaigns across paid social, influencer, CRM, referral, and partnerships.
  • Own campaign P&L, including setting targets, managing budgets, and delivering against CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs.
  • Work with creative, brand, and localisation teams to develop market-relevant messaging and assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and feature adoption opportunities.
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches and features across the three markets.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of growth, performance marketing, or product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on Southeast Asia markets.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in Southeast Asia, ideally across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including budget ownership and performance reporting.
  • Solid understanding of product growth mechanics, including referral programmes, activation funnels, lifecycle marketing, and feature adoption.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, design, compliance, and regional leadership.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or consumer apps is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
