Description

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and execute a revenue-focused content marketing plan.
  • Drive hands-on SEO execution across target pages, including on-page optimization, internal linking, and content scope decisions.
  • Write and edit content for the blog, conversion landing pages, and programmatic assets.
  • Build and improve AI-augmented production workflows using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to create thought leadership assets, case studies, and editorial campaigns.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and oversee external content writers.
  • Update, refine, and test website copy with design and engineering partners to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance metrics and turn analytics into strategy updates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of growth marketing experience, ideally at a B2C product or content-heavy site.
  • B2C SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills.
  • Hands-on SEO experience with on-page optimization, internal linking, keyword targeting, search intent mapping, cannibalization awareness, and topic assignment.
  • Comfort working directly in WordPress, including publishing, editing, template work, and custom blocks.
  • CRO instinct with experience reviewing pages, identifying conversion opportunities, running experiments, and iterating.
  • Strong AI/LLM fluency with daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Ideally familiar with one product or CRO tool such as PostHog, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or VWO.
  • Self-directed, high-judgment, and able to own a target or opportunity without daily oversight.
