Description

  • Own the day-to-day performance, execution, and optimization of select paid acquisition channels.
  • Serve as the primary manager of the paid media agency, including strategy, performance reviews, and optimization guidance.
  • Lead and scale whitelisting and creator amplification programs in partnership with creative and influencer teams.
  • Partner with internal brand and external creative teams to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative.
  • Translate growth targets into channel-level execution plans, including budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting support.
  • Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, and platform features.
  • Use attribution, incrementality, and performance data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Stay current on platform changes, creator trends, and emerging tools, including AI, to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing and scaling paid acquisition channels in a high-growth DTC environment.
  • Deep expertise in paid social acquisition, especially Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious channel targets and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution, and marginal return dynamics.
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding them to a high performance bar.
  • Deep understanding of creator-led and whitelisted advertising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, influencer, and analytics partners.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity across evolving business objectives, launches, KPIs, and insights.
