Description

  • Own one or more business lines within the DEX ecosystem and define growth strategy.
  • Plan and execute global offline events and online campaigns to increase brand awareness and user growth.
  • Develop deep product expertise and turn product strengths into go-to-market strategies and marketing materials.
  • Identify, engage, and build high-quality relationships with target clients and partners.
  • Track market trends and industry developments and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to align resources and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth, business development, or operations experience in Crypto/Web3.
  • DeFi or on-chain trading background strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the decentralized trading ecosystem and the ability to quickly grasp complex product mechanics.
  • Strong industry network and proven ability to build partnerships from scratch.
  • Results-driven with strong ownership and the ability to independently drive complex projects end to end.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
  • Passion for crypto and a sharp sense of market trends.
