Description

  • Identify and prioritize product and business opportunities across APAC markets.
  • Build a deep understanding of the APAC crypto exchange landscape, including competitors, fee structures, token listings, and user preferences.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to different APAC user segments.
  • Partner with regional business development, marketing, and operations teams on local growth initiatives.
  • Own and optimize affiliate, referral, and KOL-driven growth channels.
  • Design program structures, commission models, and product features that support partner-led acquisition.
  • Build product capabilities for affiliate growth, including tracking, attribution, tiered rewards, and partner dashboards.
  • Analyze channel performance to improve CAC, partner ROI, and user quality.
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web, from discovery through post-trade review.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements in the region.
  • Work with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship product features and iterative improvements.
  • Measure the impact of product initiatives using well-defined metrics and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Current right to work in Hong Kong; no visa sponsorship required.
  • Proven product management experience at a crypto exchange or centralized exchange (CEX).
  • Deep understanding of exchange product mechanics, including spot and derivatives trading, order types, fee structures, liquidity, and token listings.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and referral growth models in crypto.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products within crypto, trading, or fintech.
  • Deep familiarity with the APAC crypto market landscape, including competitors, user behaviors, and regulatory nuances.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize work and measure outcomes.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across design, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Direct experience building or scaling affiliate/referral programs at a crypto exchange (preferred).
  • Experience across multiple APAC markets (preferred).
  • Hands-on trading experience in crypto derivatives, including futures, perpetual swaps, and options (preferred).
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics, token economics, and DeFi/CeFi dynamics (preferred).
