Description

  • Define the US lifecycle marketing strategy and vision across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Set the strategic framework for the US market while aligning regional priorities with global lifecycle goals.
  • Embed AI into lifecycle marketing workflows, including ideation, content development, segmentation, testing, and analysis.
  • Build and train agentic AI workflows that can execute lifecycle programs at scale.
  • Translate user behavior data into actionable insights, hypotheses, and lifecycle programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user segments, motivations, and signals that predict engagement, conversion, and churn.
  • Partner closely with Product, PMM, Data, BI, Design, Legal, and regional teams to drive growth.
  • Influence roadmaps and go-to-market planning so lifecycle marketing is involved early in decision-making.
  • Direct, brief, train, and critique AI agents and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality output.
  • Maintain quality and speed while adapting lifecycle programs to shifting business and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strategic leadership in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Experience defining lifecycle programs with a clear strategic thesis and measurable business outcomes.
  • Active day-to-day use of AI tools, including agentic tools and autonomous workflows.
  • Experience building or directing AI-powered systems or processes, including training agents and improving outputs.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior data, segmentation, and engagement signals.
  • Ability to execute with speed and high quality, including reviewing campaign briefs, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams or programs through strategic change and shifting priorities.
  • Experience working across multiple markets with the ability to balance global frameworks and local relevance.
  • Preferred: 15+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Proven impact on activation, retention, or LTV, not just engagement metrics.
  • Preferred: Experience with marketing automation tool rollouts.
  • Preferred: Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CeFi/DeFi and curiosity about the crypto space.
  • Preferred: Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders and collaborate with designers.
