Description

Provide hands-on implementation, deployment, and consulting services for customers in a post-sales environment.
Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements after the sale.
Communicate technical and functional information clearly to customers and partners.
Manage project scope, schedule, status, documentation, and multiple concurrent deployment projects.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot Okta and Auth0 solutions for customer integrations.
Mentor and train customers on the service and solution usage.
Serve as a liaison between customers, product management, engineering, and support to resolve escalations and influence product development.
Collaborate with sales teams on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Apply knowledge of identity federation, access control, cloud architectures, and enterprise IT environments to customer work.
Improve delivery processes and methods through knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
Minimum 3 years of experience with JavaScript and a major JavaScript MVC framework such as Backbone, Angular, Ember, React, or Node.
Experience with identity federation and access control protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and WS-Federation.
Experience designing and implementing security and identity management solutions for critical systems and business programs.
Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructure.
Understanding of enterprise identity lifecycle management processes and standards.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while remaining a hands-on contributor.
Strong communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, crisis management, and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred: non-JavaScript software development experience in Java, .Net, Go, C#, Flutter, or PHP.
Preferred: experience delivering Auth0 implementations for organizations.
Preferred: experience with the Node.js runtime environment.
Preferred: mobile development experience for iOS and Android.
Willingness to travel 25% to customer sites.

Benefits

Annual OTE of $142,000-$194,700 USD for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Annual OTE of $126,000-$173,800 USD for candidates in California outside the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
