Description

  • Lead medium and high-value hotel group clients through end-to-end onboarding across multiple properties and stakeholder layers.
  • Design, deliver, and maintain training programmes through webcast, video, and online classroom formats.
  • Consult hotels proactively on how to improve their use of the Mews platform to drive adoption and long-term success.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ad hoc training sessions throughout the onboarding process based on client needs.
  • Use AI tools to build and update training materials, draft client communications, and identify onboarding trends.
  • Manage complex client projects by tracking open items, following through, and escalating when needed.
  • Earn trust quickly across different seniority levels within client organisations.
  • Work across video, training, and direct consultation to move customers from signed to successful.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing client onboarding, training, or implementation, ideally in hospitality, travel, or a related SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management instincts and the ability to track work, follow through, and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different seniority levels and keep complex projects moving.
  • Genuine interest in technology and how hotels actually operate.
  • AI Fluency Level 2 or equivalent hands-on experience using AI tools regularly in your work.
  • Background in hotel management, travel, or global distribution is preferred.
  • Experience developing structured training curricula from scratch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology platforms or property management systems is preferred.
  • Must be based in one of the listed US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.

  • $82,000-$96,000 USD salary range.
