Description

  • Lead, hire, grow, and retain a team of Professional Services Technical Architects.
  • Provide direct management, mentoring, and career development support for team members.
  • Build team capability through up-skilling and performance management to ensure successful customer delivery.
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison across the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer success across the full engagement lifecycle and manage project budgets.
  • Oversee professional services billings, revenue, customer satisfaction, resources, and utilization.
  • Promote and improve a repeatable implementation methodology for rapid customer enablement.
  • Perform governance and quality audits of technical architecture designs and deliverables.
  • Drive process improvement across the Technical Architecture practice, Professional Services, and the subcontractor ecosystem.
  • Manage customer project dynamics, change management, concerns, and multiple engagements or workstreams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in design, consulting, and delivering solutions to external customers.
  • Expertise with SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on client work.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer engagements.
  • Experience in process improvement, decision-making, managing processes, planning, analyzing information, and developing standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Auth0 Certified or Okta Certified Consultant certification is a plus.
  • CISSP certification is a plus.

  • Annual OTE of $233,000-$320,100 for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Annual OTE of $208,000-$286,000 for candidates in California outside the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
