Description

  • Lead Auth0-specific discovery, positioning, and deal strategy for strategic accounts.
  • Develop SKU strategies and pricing models with Auth0 SE specialists to meet customer requirements.
  • Partner with the Key Account Director to shape pipeline and new opportunities within the account portfolio.
  • Drive competitive positioning and implement winning tactics to overcome technical and market challenges.
  • Collaborate with Principal SEs to validate Auth0 fit for customer use cases and solution outcomes.
  • Support commercial alignment by ensuring technical and business requirements are reflected in proposals.
  • Act as the primary Auth0 specialist partner to the Key Account Director on CIAM revenue opportunities.
  • Lead CIAM-specific discovery sessions and deep-dive customer discussions on business outcomes and implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to keep messaging and commercials aligned.
  • Resolve role friction with Front Line Management and maintain a seamless one-team customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling Identity (IAM) or developer-centric platforms; CIAM experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment and partner with account owners.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
  • Experience navigating SKU-level pricing and strategy.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales cycles within Global or Key accounts.
  • Experience with deal shaping and competitive displacement.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Ability to lead technical discovery sessions with developer personas and executive stakeholders.

  • Annual OTE range of $308,000 to $462,000 USD for candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
