Description

  • Identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams to foster high-quality on-chain experiences.
  • Own developer success for leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem by working alongside builders to solve integration and usage challenges.
  • Collect and relay feedback from projects and the developer community to the Product team, and help incorporate that feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy for new products targeted at developer audiences in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling (e.g., Arbitrum SDK and chain-launch tools) and contribute to technical solutions.
  • Create and assist with tutorials, demos, reference materials, and other developer-facing documentation to accelerate adoption.
  • Represent Offchain Labs at developer events, hackathons, meetups, and conferences, including live coding sessions and speaking engagements.
  • Act as an advocate and educator within the developer ecosystem through online and in-person interactions with third-party teams and community members.

Requirements

  • Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
  • Experience leading teams in development and experimentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal engineering/product teams and external partners.
  • Competent computer science fundamentals or previous development experience.
  • Experience writing code in Rust, Solidity, or Golang.
  • Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments.
  • This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado (remote-first/global with NY office).
