Description

  • Drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities for supply chain technology capabilities.
  • Own a portfolio spanning planning, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
  • Translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable product, platform, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Analyze current-state processes, identify root causes, and design future-state operating models and workflows.
  • Define application, integration, data, and platform architecture across ERP, planning, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
  • Lead technology evaluations, vendor assessments, and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Identify and deliver high-value AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational agility.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization in partnership with engineering.
  • Build alignment across Supply Chain, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation with ownership of a functional domain or enterprise systems portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Design-to-Release, Forecast-to-Plan/Build, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Returns/Reverse Logistics.
  • Hands-on experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation, including AI/ML or advanced analytics in operational contexts.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and target-state architecture.
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical global teams.
  • Strong documentation discipline and high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience owning systems or platform roadmaps within a Business Technology or Corporate Systems organization, preferred.
  • ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP, preferred.
  • Advanced Planning Systems experience with E2open, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Oracle, preferred.
  • Data and integration ecosystem experience with Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, APIs, Workato, or MuleSoft, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and analytics, preferred.
  • Experience with Large Language Models and core ML concepts such as forecasting, optimization, classification, and anomaly detection, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions such as AI agents, MCP-based integrations, AI copilots, RAG applications, and LLM-powered workflows, preferred.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $131,197.50 to $198,450 USD.
