Description

  • Own top-of-funnel customer discovery across the portfolio by engaging directly with users and identifying high-value pain points.
  • Prioritize and manage the product idea pipeline based on customer value, business potential, and speed to market.
  • Prototype AI-powered products quickly, moving from concept to a working demo in 2–3 days using AI tools and third-party APIs.
  • Lead live proof-of-concepts and product demos with customers and stakeholders, then iterate based on feedback.
  • Partner with portfolio company R&D teams to move validated prototypes into production.
  • Champion AI adoption across the portfolio and help teams see new product possibilities.

Requirements

  • 1–6 years of professional experience in software development, product development, or applied AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept to a working prototype independently.
  • Strong experience integrating AI model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure Cognitive Services into real products.
  • Experience building agentic workflows using function calling, tool use, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong RAG experience, including pipelines grounded in domain-specific customer data with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Comfort with modern full-stack development, including React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or C#/.NET, plus REST/GraphQL APIs and relational databases.
  • Proficiency with AI-enhanced development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, bolt.new, v0, or Replit.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both customer meetings and technical collaboration.
  • Experience in SaaS, vertical market software, or early-stage startup environments is a bonus.
