Description

  • Execute a 6–12 month stream roadmap aligned with broader Turnkey platform goals.
  • Prioritize the team’s daily delivery schedule around the most critical high-impact projects.
  • Track core product performance metrics using a structured metric tree to measure business impact.
  • Start from the client problem to uncover underlying business needs behind requests and intake pipelines.
  • Define and test product hypotheses using analytics, user insights, and competitor research before major development work.
  • Analyze client brand performance with Account Management to identify revenue uplift and optimization opportunities.
  • Ship high-quality platform features, widgets, and layout configuration systems under compliance and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate daily with engineers to refine technical solutions, unblock sprints, and maintain delivery velocity.
  • Anticipate technical risks and manage dependencies across related platform modules.
  • Manage complex client intake pipelines and resolve cross-team execution dependencies without losing engineering focus.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of explicit Product Management experience.
  • Proven history of launching multiple large or complex features.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the iGaming industry, including Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, Bonuses, or Anti-Fraud engines.
  • Strong technical savvy with the ability to critique engineering plans and analyze system architecture.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a structured metric tree for product prioritization.
  • High professional autonomy with minimal support needed to resolve day-to-day product issues and alignment friction.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English across distributed teams.
  • Direct execution experience within B2B iGaming platform benchmark companies is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience configuring, optimizing, or localizing platform tools for markets such as LATAM is preferred.
  • Background working with flexible B2B CMS or platform layout configuration tools is preferred.
