Description

  • Design complex internal tools for trading, risk, operations, data, and other teams.
  • Own product design end to end, from workflow discovery and requirements through final design, validation, and iteration.
  • Work directly with traders, operators, and other daily users to understand their needs.
  • Build and evolve a scalable design system across back-office products.
  • Adapt and extend existing component libraries and frameworks where appropriate.
  • Deliver designs quickly while maintaining usability, consistency, and quality.
  • Help shape the overall back-office design direction as the company and product portfolio grow.

Requirements

  • Experience designing complex, data-heavy products such as back-office systems, admin tools, dashboards, or trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, component architecture, and design tokens.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and large amounts of information.
  • Strong product thinking and ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Ability to take ownership and make pragmatic design decisions without unnecessary complexity.
  • Understanding of sports and sports betting is strongly preferred.
  • Previous iGaming experience is a plus.
