Description

  • Design onboarding paths and role-based certification programs for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content in partnership with Product and Product Marketing, including playbooks, objection-handling guides, product messaging, and pitch frameworks.
  • Develop and run ongoing enablement programs, including workshops, hands-on demos, QBRs, and training bootcamps.
  • Drive adoption of enablement tools such as Highspot and Seismic and integrate training content through LMS/CMS platforms.
  • Build scalable onboarding and enablement programs for channel partners, including the Partner Academy.
  • Maintain co-selling content, certification tracks, and partner toolkits.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to develop customer onboarding journeys, training libraries, webinars, and customer certifications.
  • Launch and manage the Customer Enablement Portal.
  • Set up, govern, and optimize enablement infrastructure and tools, including Highspot, Seismic, or similar platforms.
  • Track enablement KPIs such as time-to-productivity, certification completion, tool usage, and training impact, and improve programs based on insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement role within a cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience implementing and administering enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and regions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, threat detection, or related technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting enablement for technical audiences such as SEs, solutions engineers, or architects is preferred.
  • Ability to manage enablement content and programs across multiple teams and audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, international environment is preferred.
