Description

  • Own and support the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution for enterprise retail and omni-channel clients.
  • Build and execute territory plans focused on large retailers and quick service restaurants with complex payment needs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client store operations, checkout processes, fraud challenges, and omnichannel roadmaps.
  • Translate client requirements into commercial proposals for eCommerce, in-store, and unified payment solutions.
  • Own and support commercial negotiations, including pricing, implementation structure, and multi-year agreements.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, legal, product, and finance to structure deals that meet revenue, cost, and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Engage executive-level stakeholders and close complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 6+ years in the payments industry.
  • Experience in merchant acquiring, gateways, fintech, or enterprise payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payment acquiring and complex payment ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise retail organizations.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for senior non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with product, engineering, and implementation teams to close enterprise deals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for industry events or in-person prospect meetings.
  • English written and spoken proficiency, as it is the primary working language.
