Description

  • Own product features from performance review through improvement planning and delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of product features from requirements definition to product launch.
  • Translate business needs and merchant requirements into product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle by setting priorities, scope, and timelines for engineering teams.
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify product improvements and new opportunities.
  • Monitor product KPIs and metrics and build dashboards to share performance insights with the business.
  • Analyze market trends and performance drivers to identify new product opportunities.
  • Engage and manage external vendors, partners, or agencies.
  • Partner with operations and support teams to prepare for launches and ensure smooth post-launch performance.
  • Prepare regular product update materials for company-wide meetings and steering updates.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management building and launching digital payment products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with agile software development and writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Aha.
  • Track record of driving software product development at a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and understanding of performance metrics.
  • Genuine excitement for solving customer problems and strong customer empathy.
  • Excellent presentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and align on goals and deliverables.
  • Ability to interact professionally with partners and external parties.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Working fluency in English, written and spoken.
