Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for money movement and settlements across funding rails, settlement flows, and adjacent products.
  • Execute multiple in-flight workstreams in parallel and personally ship the most strategically important initiatives.
  • Rationalize how money-movement and settlement APIs and internal systems are exposed across partners, geographies, and funding flows.
  • Drive build-vs-buy, partner-vs-direct, and onshore-vs-offshore decisions under regulatory, partner, and capacity constraints.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, treasury, compliance, legal, partnerships, success, and sales to prioritize initiatives and balance risk, revenue, and delivery speed.
  • Lead partner discovery, translate needs into sequenced roadmaps, and communicate realistic scope and timelines.
  • Shape pricing and packaging inputs so commercial offers align with operational delivery at scale.
  • Support global expansion of money-movement capabilities across regional payment rails, FX corridors, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • Define, monitor, and improve adoption and operational metrics such as settlement success rate, time-to-funding, ACH return rate, and instant-funding utilization.
  • Mentor peer PMs, raise the quality bar, and unblock adjacent teams across the area.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or startup founding, with senior IC ownership in regulated payments, settlement, treasury, or brokerage clearing infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of money-movement or settlement surfaces at production scale, including at least two of ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, post-trade settlement, JIT or instant funding, prefunding, FX corridors, or broker-dealer clearing flows.
  • Direct experience with US payments and clearing regulatory frameworks, including NACHA, Federal Reserve oversight, FINRA/SEC clearing and customer-protection rules, OFAC screening, and AML/BSA obligations.
  • Track record of setting and executing an area-level roadmap across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior product owner who mentors peers and represents the area in cross-functional and leadership forums without a manager title.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing, regulator-adjacent, and internal leadership discussions.
  • Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience with direct broker-dealer or institutional brokerage environments is preferred.
  • Experience building money-movement or settlement programs from scratch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B2C correspondent or broker-as-a-service models is preferred.
  • Direct experience with DTCC, NSCC, Fedwire, or other clearing-house settlement flows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with global payment rails outside the US, such as SEPA, FPS, regional ACH equivalents, or stablecoin-rail funding, is preferred.
  • Experience unifying fragmented money-movement or settlement stacks behind consistent APIs and data models is preferred.
  • Background in broker-dealer treasury or clearing operations, including reconciliation, exception handling, and regulatory reporting, is preferred.
  • Experience using AI-native PM tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or custom agents is preferred.
