Description

  • Define collaboration features and experiences based on customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes.
  • Own the strategy for how users collaborate and expand their use of Smartsheet organically.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with design, engineering, and senior leadership on product strategy, concepts, and roadmap.
  • Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, A/B testing, decision-making, and success measurement.
  • Partner with research, product design, data science, and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analyze results.
  • Develop product capabilities iteratively based on hypothesis testing and customer feedback.
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap to educate and influence senior leadership.
  • Support additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Substantial experience in a Product-Led Growth environment or building viral/sharing features.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with deep focus on experimentation, metrics, and analytics.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, design, user research, and marketing teams in agile development and frequent product release environments.
  • High interpersonal skills to build trusted cross-team partnerships focused on customer benefit.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product decisions.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Cursor, or similar to accelerate work.
  • Curious and experimental mindset toward emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to apply human judgment where needed.
