Description

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for product launches, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and target-segment definition.
  • Partner closely with Product throughout the roadmap and build cycle, including sprint reviews and hands-on product use.
  • Collaborate with Performance Architects, Regional Sales Managers, Solutions Engineers, and dealership teams to inform launch readiness.
  • Create launch enablement materials such as positioning briefs, product requirement inputs, and sales/support collateral.
  • Track launch readiness across Customer Success, Sales, and Product and escalate risks early when commitments are in jeopardy.
  • Build repeatable launch processes, communication channels, and stakeholder alignment practices that scale with company growth.
  • Use AI tools, scripts, and automations to generate content and reduce repetitive work.
  • Protect sufficient lead time between product ideation and launch across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company.
  • Experience owning launches end-to-end.
  • Technical fluency close to engineering, including reading code, writing a script, and calling an API.
  • Comfort using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot.
  • Ability to translate complex AI features for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience aligning product, sales, and marketing strategy across functions.
  • Strong writing skills for positioning briefs, product requirement inputs, and competitive battlecards.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure in evolving processes.
  • Experience marketing technical or AI products to technical and business audiences (nice to have).
  • Background in solutions engineering, developer relations, or another technical/product role with go-to-market instincts (nice to have).
  • Experience building a launch or go-to-market process from scratch (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with the automotive, dealership, or vertical SaaS space (nice to have).
