Description

  • Support a high-profile publications account within the medical communications team.
  • Develop project timelines and manage day-to-day project coordination.
  • Oversee budgets and financial reconciliations for assigned projects.
  • Help ensure deliverables are high-quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Work closely with Client Services leaders to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
  • Help communicate scientific research clearly, accurately, and with impact.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience managing publications projects.
  • Proficiency in Datavision or iEnvision is required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for tracking project finances.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build positive, productive relationships.
