Description

Support day-to-day client project delivery, including timelines, status reports, briefs, meetings, and documentation.
Build positive client relationships and provide organized, responsive project support.
Coordinate projects with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams from briefing through delivery.
Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
Support project financial management, including budgets, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Develop knowledge of client products and therapy areas to support account needs and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or a related field preferred.
2+ years of relevant project or account management experience, ideally in medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop a career in medical communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
