Description

  • Support day-to-day client project delivery, including timelines, status reports, briefs, meetings, and documentation.
  • Build positive client relationships and provide organized, responsive project support.
  • Coordinate projects with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams from briefing through delivery.
  • Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support project financial management, including budgets, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Develop knowledge of client products and therapy areas to support account needs and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant project or account management experience, ideally in medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop a career in medical communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
