Description

Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack code for the Flex platform.
Deliver modern web-based features that support compliance, audits, inspections, incident management, training, and reporting.
Translate ambiguous product requirements into structured technical plans and shipped solutions.
Use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle for design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with strong test coverage.
Review code and improve quality through effective engineering judgment and use of AI tools.
Debug issues and optimize performance across the application and supporting systems.
Collaborate closely with engineering peers, product partners, and stakeholders in an agile team environment.
Take end-to-end ownership of projects, including managing risks, dependencies, and follow-through.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Senior-level software engineering experience or equivalent.
Strong proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience with modern web technologies such as Vue, React, or other component-based frameworks.
Ability to work in an AI-first development environment and apply effective prompt engineering and critical evaluation of AI-generated output.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
Experience with relational databases and SQL, including query optimization and data modeling concepts.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in an agile, team-based environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
