Description

  • Develop new applications and services using Ruby on Rails, microservices, Azure PaaS, and other appropriate technologies.
  • Design, document, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services.
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into reliable software solutions.
  • Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows.
  • Test new applications and services across a variety of environments.
  • Maintain and modify existing applications without supervision.
  • Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks.
  • Monitor platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior.
  • Guide and mentor team development efforts toward successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers on cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby.
  • 2+ years of experience working with AWS.
  • 2+ years of experience working with microservices.
  • 2+ years of experience working with React.
  • 1+ years of experience mentoring team members.
  • Advanced English level is required for working with US clients and communicating effectively.
  • Passion for great technologies, especially open source.
