Description

  • Lead development of the AI platform with a focus on scalability, speed, and user experience.
  • Architect and build front-end features in React that create smooth and intentional user experiences.
  • Implement back-end infrastructure with robust APIs, security, scalability, and platform integrations.
  • Apply DevOps practices to manage deployment pipelines and support reliable software delivery.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to turn web designs into functional, intuitive interfaces.
  • Work with Data Scientists to support accurate data collection, analysis, and platform application.
  • Participate in the full application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
  • Explore emerging technologies and potential integrations to improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience building high-usage B2B software applications.
  • Proficiency with React for building responsive, high-performance web applications.
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization such as Docker, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Solid knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, including Git, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for working across cross-functional teams.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Passion for ad tech and interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
