Description

  • Build and execute a high-growth territory strategy across multiple states.
  • Drive consistent engagement with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to expand market awareness and support product launch efforts.
  • Collaborate with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams to support the patient journey.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, physicians, DME targets, and account stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable solutions through customer engagement to increase therapy adoption.
  • Create and manage strategic territory plans to grow business and build long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare territory business plans, forecasts, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates for leadership.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records, organize customer education events, and achieve territory sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience in B2B sales, with medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Previous startup experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience bringing new products to market.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong communication skills, including product and media presentations and virtual sales calls.
  • Proven multi-year sales track record and self-starter mindset.
  • Results-oriented, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong teamwork, work ethic, and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed to achieve results.
  • High integrity, professionalism, ethical conduct, and genuine passion for positive patient outcomes.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000 per year plus $120,000 commission.
  • On-target earnings of $210,000 at plan.
