Description

  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach across phone, email, text messaging, and digital channels.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active sales opportunities.
  • Educate prospective customers on Nidra Therapy and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Build rapport with prospective patients and handle objections effectively.
  • Meet or exceed activity, conversion, and sales performance goals.
  • Manage prospect interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Patient Access to improve lead flow, conversion strategies, and customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on messaging, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality to improve sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts while ensuring data integrity in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, lead generation, business development, or customer acquisition experience in B2C or B2B.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach activities.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers in a structured sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience selling healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, wellness, or consumer healthcare products preferred.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with patient-focused sales processes and healthcare reimbursement considerations preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and conversion goals preferred.
  • Must be able to consistently support an assigned schedule covering 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, CST, or PST.

Benefits

  • Remote, temp-to-hire position.
  • Opportunity for conversion to full-time employment based on individual performance and business needs.
  • $65,000 annualized base pay (hourly structure).
  • Quarterly bonus opportunity of $3,500 OTE, or $14,000 annual OTE.
