Description

  • Define acceptance criteria and determine what correct AI output looks like when requirements are incomplete.
  • Design test plans, scenarios, checklists, and evaluation approaches for probabilistic AI features.
  • Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for hallucinations, retrieval gaps, confidently incorrect answers, and business-rule failures.
  • Inspect API requests and responses using browser DevTools or Postman to verify the data used by the system.
  • Document bugs with sufficient context for developers to reproduce and diagnose them.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Help establish the company’s AI QA function, including ground-truth datasets, evaluation rubrics, and QA processes.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in QA or software engineering.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, terminology, test plans, test cases, SDLC, and regression testing.
  • Experience manually testing web and mobile applications.
  • Comfort working with REST APIs and browser DevTools.
  • Upper-intermediate English for daily communication with international clients.
  • Ability to form hypotheses, define acceptance criteria, resolve ambiguity, and focus on business outcomes.
  • Basic SQL or experience querying data directly to verify system retrievals (preferred).
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI chatbots (preferred).
  • Experience testing role-based access control (RBAC) systems (preferred).
